Overview
This SVG animation shows a stylized neon cityline at night. Buildings, windows, stars, a neon sign, and a scanning light beam are all separate SVG shapes animated with CSS keyframes.
The illustration uses the same colour system as the rest of my resume site, and the timing includes a short delay so the animation settles in after the page loads.
